Pomaire

I'm going to travel with my family to Pomaire. We always visit Pomaire, because it is a beatiful place to do a pic-nic, and you can fly kites. You can walk to this little town. Pomaire is well known because its handicraft. This town has a lot of artisans that work with clay, and they have the best “cacharritos de greda”. This place is famous for its “Chicha”. They have a lot of typical food, for example: empanadas, anticuchos, mote con huesillo, etc. One of the most famous restaurants is “El ParrĂ³n”, it has reasonable prices, but if you don't have much money you can do a good barbecue in the camping, but the most important are the prices. It is very cheaper to do a trip to Pomaire, people think that is very expensive, but they are wrong. Pomaire lives out of tourism and it is a good option if you want to save money. I like the happines of the fellow country people, I like all the parties, and I love eating empanadas, anticuchos and drinking “chicha”.

I believe that this year will be a little sad, because the miners are trapped yet, for this reason I'm going to drink and say the best cheers of my life, for the miners and the country. Cheers!

  4. Hi, Rodrigo.

I agree with Grendel. Take it easy with the drinks, would you?

But seriously, Pomaire can't be a better choice. Small place with great history. Not bad at all.
